Parents In order to maintain our commitment to our customers and ensure that we are delivering the services which fulfill your needs, we would wish to have regular contact with parents. All members of staff are encouraged to keep parents informed about daily progress of the children. In addition, the managers are always available to discuss important issues. We also arrange regular parent’s evenings and forums through which we like to capture feedback in order to continue the development of the highest quality childcare. A key person will be dedicated to your child to encourage, support and develop their skills and ensure that developmental records are kept and their individual needs are met for you and your child. Each child will receive a birth to five portfolio that celebrates their progress and achievements, which can be discussed in detail at parent’s evenings or at your leisure. Security Our policies and procedures are aimed to protect the health and safety of your child. The nursery and outdoor areas are secure and we operate OFSTED recommended staffing levels in all rooms and play areas. Access to the nursery is only possible via keypad operated doors. All staff are trained in the procedures we have adopted to ensure that only parents or formally nominated guardians are able to collect a child. Food and Nutrition We believe that mealtimes should be happy, social times where skills can be developed and foods tasted! Our fully trained cook prepares and cooks every meal on site, using only the freshest ingredients, including fresh fruit and vegetables. We take into account any allergies your child may have and any dietary requirements you specify and offer suitable alternatives.
